You Snowbird (雪　鳥)

Beneath it's snowy mantle cold and clean
在冰冷潔淨而雪白的大地覆蓋之下
The unborn grass lies waiting for its coat to turn to green
未出土的小草靜躺著等待外衣轉綠
The snowbird sings the song he always sings
雪鳥唱著牠那唱不停的歌
And speaks to me of flowers that will bloom again in spring
告訴我花兒到了春天將會再度綻放
When I was young my heart was young then, too
當我年輕，心也是年輕的當時
And anything that it would tell me that's the thing that I would do
我想做的事情總是能教導我一些道理
But now I feel such emptiness within
如今我卻感到心靈空虛
For the thing that I want most in life's the thing that I can't win
只因我生命中最渴望的事物，是我無法得到的

Spread your tiny wings and fly away

And take the snow back with you where it came from on that day
